Ingredients

    6 Ounce-weights whiting fish fillet
    1 Cup broccoli florets
    1 Serving Herb-Butter Blend

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Place the fish on a 12-inch square piece of foil. Sprinkle fish with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Arrange broccoli florets around fish.

3. Fold up the sides of the foil and crimp tightly to form a sealed packet.

4. Bake for 1015 minutes until fish is flaky and broccoli is tender.

5. Transfer to a dish, open foil and top with a tablespoon of Herb-Butter Blend.
