Ingredients

½ C Xylitol Brown Sugar Blend (Ideal) (Or 1/8 splenda)
1 - 4 oz. jar baby food applesauce (1/4 cup nonsweetened applesauce)
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 ½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground clove
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large egg whites
1 - 15 oz. can of raw pumpkin
2 C oat flour
2 scoops vanilla whey protein (I used Herbalife Pro& Cookies and Creme flavoring. This will alter the recipe if you use whey protein)
½ cup almond milk (Or 1/2 cup low-fat milk)
½ C chopped walnuts (optional) (I used 1/4 cup to cut the calories to 2 bars=100calories. If you use 1/2 cup of almonds it will alter the calories by adding 11 calories for 2 bars)

This is a great snack if your sweet tooth is calling!

Serving Size: 24 Bars, but you can eat 2 bars=100 calories
