Introduction

Just like chicken pot pie...but no animals included! Just like chicken pot pie...but no animals included!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup Quorn chik'n tenders, cooked
    1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
    1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    1 cup Heart Smart bisquick mix
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1/4 cup liquid egg substitute

Directions

Mix together the Quorn, soup, and veggies, and pour into a 9-inch pie plate.
Mix together the Bisquick, milk, and egg substitute, and pour over the top of the pie mixture, covering evenly.
Cook at 400 degrees for approx. 30 minutes (425 for high altitude).

Serving Size: makes 6 servings
