Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    Lentils, 6 cup
    *CARROTTS RAW BABY, 16 oz
    Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves

Tips

lentils will swell as they cook keep checking to se if there is enough water this recipe also may need to be split into to slow cookers


Directions

Chop Onions, Celery,Carrotts, garlic place in pan withlive oil and fry for 2 minutes then add Lentils and Chicken Bouillon add 8 cups of water cook until lentils are soft or palce in slow cooker for 4 to 6 hrs

Serving Size: makes 10 1 1/2 cup sevings
