    8 Jumbo Shrimp (butterflied)
    2 tbls butter (melted)
    2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
    3 cloves garlic (grated)
    2 tsp koser salt


Place butter and oil in glass bowl and melt butter in microwave. Grate in garlic, add salt and mix well. Add shrimp and mix well to coat with hands. Let sit for at least one hour.

Heat large skillet on high. When hot add shrimp butterflied side down and sear. Turn once and cook until cooked just through, do not over cook.
