Ingredients

    2 lb Ground beef, extra lean,
    2 tbls Olive Oil
    2 large Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Chili powder,
    2 cup Brown Rice, long grain,
    2 cup Water
    4 cup Salsa
    4 cup Beans, black
    2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn
    2 tbls Cilantro
    1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

brown beef and spices in pressure cooker on browning.
add salsa, water, rice and pressure cook on high for 8min.
release pressure and add corn, black beans and cook until heated on browning.
serve with cheese ontop.
