Introduction

This salad is light and fluffy, quick and tasty! This salad is light and fluffy, quick and tasty!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup of millet, cooked
    1 tbs Nayonaise or other imitation mayo
    1/2 cup of carrots, grated
    ground cumin and pepper to taste

Tips

I cook my millet in a pressure cooker. It takes about 10 minutes for the millet to be nice and puffy from dry!


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve it cold!

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of just over half a cup
