Introduction

Ingredients

    300g Sweet potato
    200g Parsnips
    200g Potato
    100g peas
    1 medium sized red onion
    2 table spoons of honey
    2 table spoons of carotino oil

Tips

We sometimes put mixed herbs over the vegetables.


Directions

Peel, slice or cube, throw in a dish, cover with honey and carotino oil, cook in oven on 180, stir occasionally during cooking, cook for 25 minutes, enjoy. :-).
