Ingredients

    Oats, 0.5 cup
    Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced
    Silk, Light Vanilla Soymilk, 0.75 cup
    1 tsp pumkin seeds,
    1 tsp chopped raw pecans ( or almonds)
    Honey, 0.5 tbsp ( or maple syrop, or stevia)
    dash of salt, cinnamon 1 tsp

Directions

cook oatmeal with dash of salt, add cinnamon, and nuts when almost ready, mix in, turn off the heat and let seat covered for 4-5 min. Meanwhile chop pinapple and put in a bowl, then add cooked oatmeal, mix in honey, or maple syrop.
