Ingredients

    I can of French cut Green beans
    1 small Idaho Potato (Diced large)
    1/4 small white Onion sliced length wise
    1 TBS Country Crock +Calicum/Vitamins


Tips

adding bacon clices that are cubed adds a great flavor to the dish. However if you add bacon then you might want to stick with only having a cup serving and no other meat. Dessert could be 1/2 an apple.


Directions

Stew all ingredients in a small sauce pan , cove with tight fitting lid and allow potatoes to soften. Add salt and pepper to taste.
