Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1/4 c Silk Pure Almond Milk Vanilla
1 large banana, peeled and broken into large chunks
1 medium apple, cored, unpeeled, and roughly chopped
1 medium orange, peeled with a knife to remove most of the pith
    8-10 oz baby spinach, raw

Tips

If you have a high-speed blender, this will turn out silky-smooth and amazing, but a regular blender works just fine.

Occasionally I will add 1 TBSP of Milled Flax Seed or approx 1 tsp of freshly ground almond butter (on days when I feel I need a bit of healthy fat).

Feel free to experiment with different liquids in your smoothies; you can use water, coconut water, coconut milk, soy milk, hemp milk--whatever turns your key!

Directions

Peel and chop ingredients as indicated, and add to blender in the order listed. Blend on HIGH until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a tall glass (or a Mason jar if you're on the go) and enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 1 large serving (about 2 cups)
