Introduction

Slow cookers are great. Threw together what I had in the house and it turned out great. Was trying to make something low carb and this came out to only 9 carbs per serving Slow cookers are great. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    T bone steak
    mushroom
    corn
    peas
    ketchup
    balsalmic vinegar
    onions
    oregano
    mushroom soup

Directions

Place 1/2 onion in bottom of slow cooker. Place steak on top of onion. 1/2 can low sodium mushroom soup mixed with water and pour on top of steak. Cut up 5-6 whole mushrooms and place on top. Add 1 can low sodium peas and corn. 1 can diced tomatoes. I tsp of ketchup. 1 tsp oregano. 2 tsp balsalmic vinegar. Cook on high for 6 hours.
