    i serving applesauce
    2/3 C brown sugar
    3/4 C flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 mashed old banana
    1 egg
    1 egg white


    Mix together, bake in muffin tins at 350-375 for 20-25 minutes.

    I used equal and the were ok but I also did not use BP but self rising flour instead the little I have left from normal baking but I do not plan on ever buying while flour again - 4/10/17
