This smoothie is perfect after a morning workout especially after some good strength training because it's loaded with protein, excellent for muscle recovery. This is also a perfect breakfast loaded with nutrients to start your day!! Ingredients

2 medium to large oranges peeled
2 carrots
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 scoop vanilla whey protein (natural)
1 banana
1-2 cups crushed ice
Tips
*Need a juicer for this recipe
*For added sweetness I like to use a few drops of stevia or you could use honey too, but that will change the info on nutritional facts.
*For some added punch add anything you want to this: avocado to make it extra creamy,flax seed, wheat germ, spirulina, options are endless!
Directions
Juice the oranges, carrots and spinach in a juicer then put in a blender with remaining ingredients.
