    2 packages rapid-rise yeast
    2 teaspoons italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/4 cup water

In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, cheese, sugar, undissolved yeast, herbs and salt. Heat water to very warm but not boiling and stir into dry ingredients. Cover and let rest about 10 minutes.Roll dough into a 7x13 inch rectangle. Roll up tightly from small end and pinch seam and ends to seal. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and place dough in pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 20-40 minutes. Brush loaf with egg white, and bake at 375 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
