    two bags of frozen spinach, thawed & drained
    2 cans of water chestnuts, diced
    3 green onions, chopped
    8 oz of regular may
    16 oz of light sour cream

    salt & pepper to taste
    add red pepper flakes if you choose

    makes 1.5 qt of dip.

Tips

serve in a sour dough or hawaiian bread bowl
goes great with carrots & celery


Directions

defrost spinach in warm water, remove excess water
chop all water chestnuts
chop green onions
mix above with may & light sour cream
