Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Ground Turkey (93%)
    1 egg
    3/4 c. oats
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3tbs. Dijon mustard
    1c. finely chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    3tsp. garlic powder
    salt
    pepper

    Mini Muffin pan (holds 24 mini muffins/cupcakes)

Tips

You can freeze them to keep longer then take out and heat as needed.
Great for easy lunches or dinner!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix egg, oats, ketchup, mustard, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper until blended together. Add ground turkey and mix all together with fork.

use Pam no stick cooking spray and spray each muffin cup ( I used the mini muffin tin that holds 24- only used 18 though)

Spoon turkey mixture into the cups (Almost like making a meatball)

Bake for 25-30 minutes or when cooked all the way through.
