Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *white vinager, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Feta Cheese, 0.5 cup, crumbled (remove)

Tips

Usually add Feta when serving, but okay to mix in. Can use reduced fat feta or goat cheese.


Directions

Cut up all veggies, de-seed all. Pour all ingredients into bowl with lid, can stir or shake. Good for 2-3 days.
