Ingredients

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 28 oz can, diced tomatoes
    1 14 0z can Italian stewed tomatoes
    1 Medium onion, diced
    10 Large mushrooms, sliced
    1 Medium zucchini, diced
    3 Cloves of garlic
    1/2 Dry white wine
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil in large saucepan.
Add prepared onions and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and zucchini. Saute for another 5 minutes.
Pour in both cans of tomatoes and white wine.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
