Introduction

Serve this yummy, fibre and antioxidant rich fruit topping over fat-free Greek yogurt for a protein-packed treat. Great topped with granola for some extra crunch. Ingredients

    2 tbsp Chia seeds
    1 medium Granny Smith apple, diced small
    1 (200 mL) 100% pure, unsweetneed apple juice tetra
    1 tsp ground cinnamon

Tips

I refridgerate overnight before using, and serve apple pie filling over vanilla greek yogurt and topped with hemp granola. Yum!


Directions

1. Place diced apples and apple juice in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cool at full-power for 2 mins.
3. Stir in cinnamon and chia seeds. Allow to sit for 5 mins. Stir mixture (so chia seeds don't clump together) and refridgerate until ready to use.


Serving Size: Makes 3 servings of 1/2 cup each
