This bread will come out with a texture similar to flatbread. You can change the flavor using spices, herbs, cheese or nutritional yeast, garlic, cinnamon and sugar or anything else that you like. Ingredients

1/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour Blend
1 t Baking Powder
1 Dash Salt
Tips
For a thicker piece of bread use a pinch more baking powder or a teaspoon less water or both. For thinner bread simply add 1 teaspoon more water.
Directions
-Mix together flour, salt, baking powder and any additions for flavor that you like.
-Heat skillet with one spray of oil.
-Mix in water and pour in pan.
-Cover pan and cook approximately 3 mins. Bread should have bubbles on top when ready to flip.
-Cook approximately 2 mins or till done.
**NOTE: This bread has no flavor without additional spices, herbs or other additions.
