Introduction

Ingredients

olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 4 clove
Light Corn Syrup, 2 tbsp
Best Foods Low fat Mayonnaise, 8 tbsp
Lemon Juice, 3 wedge yields
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Vinegar, White (Gr Value), .5 tbsp
2 tsp Italian Seasoning, .5 serving
Garlic powder, .5 tbsp
Chicken Wings, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook) 18 wings total.
Directions
Preheat oven at 400 degrees.
Chicken wings:
Place defrosted chicken on a cooking sheet lined with foil. Preseason your chicken if you prefer with salt, pepper, and garlic pepper. Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Flip the wings over and continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Sauce:
Toss 4 peeled cloves in Olive Oil for and then place in oven for 10 minutes until soft. Mix mayo with the cloves. Stir in light corn syrup, vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir in Parmesan cheese and seasoning. Continue to stir in ingredients. It is very important to taste as you are stirring you will know when you like the flavor. Add in any ingredients if you feel it needs more.
Once the chicken is finished baking (a golden brown)
Then coat the chicken with the sauce. We just rolled them in it. There was plenty sauce left over for salads if you would like.
