Ingredients

Cauliflower, raw, 1000 grams (remove)
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.2 package (10 oz) (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
Onions, raw, 3 large (remove)
*Canola Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Lemon Juice, 10 fl oz (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)
Indian curry Masala, 4 tbsp (remove)
*Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
Tips
Medium low temperature advised.
smaller cut of the veggies cooks faster.
you can add pavbhaji masala instead -- available in any indian grocery store.
any veggies you can add or remove as per choice -- please make sure all the veggies re cooked through out before addign the next one. Also, all the veggies which not boiled before are to be first into the pan. They need more time to cook.
Directions
Boil -- Potatoes , mixed vegetables
Chop -- onions, garlic, cauliflower, tomotoes, potatoes, greenchilly (optional)
after heating the oil in a large vessel -- fry garlic pieces -- add onion and fry till they are golden fried (Approx 4 mins) -- add finely chopped cauliflower and saute till fully cooked (Approx 5 mins)-- add boiled mixed veggies 92 mins)-- add boiled & chopped potatoes ( 2 mins) -- add tomatoes ( 2 mins) add salt -- Add water (2 cups)+ greenchilly paste (or finely chopped) + indian curry masala or pav bhaji masala -- cook this curry at medium- low temperature for 20 minutes. Add water if needed
