Ingredients

    2.75 C brown rice
    3.5 C vegetable broth organic

    2 TB butter unsalted
    1/2 C carrots minced
    1/2 C mushrooms minced
    1/2 C onion yellow minced
    2 clove garlic minced
    1/4 C almonds chopped


Directions

Place rice & broth in cooker

Saute everything else for 15 minutes add to rice

turn cooker on & wait till done

Serving Size: makes 6 1/2 c servings
