Introduction

I had the munchies one night, and a bare pantry. I threw together this crispy tortilla snack and I find it quite tasty, and easy to make. Would make a good garnish instead of croutons for a salad. Could possibly be used with dips or spreads (hadn't tried that yet). I generally eat them in place of chips. And serve at parties. I had the munchies one night, and a bare pantry. Ingredients

Flour Tortillas, 2 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)

Rosemary, 1 tsp chopped fresh or dried
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
Garlic powder, .125 tsp (to taste)
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (as needed)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Brush both sides of two flour tortillas with olive oil just until thinly coated.

Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.

Ready made Tortillas puff when baked in the oven. You can cut them into wedges/slices before you bake and this will keep them flatter and make them easier to cut with a pizza cutter or knife into slices.

Bake in oven until golden brown. (maybe 5min). One serving is half of one tortilla.
