Ingredients

    1 can seasoned chili beans
    1 onion
    8oz sour cream
    1/2 package taco seasoning
    1/4 package ranch seasoning
    1 cup salsa
    2 tomato
    1 bag lettuce
    1 cup shredded cheese
    4 scallions

Directions

I had to make my own refried beans because I didn't feel like going to the store. Start with half of the onion and chop it and cook it in a sturdy pan until translucent, then add the beans without draining any of the seasoned juice and add 1/4 cups of water. Take a potato masher and mash the beans until they are as messed up as you want, keep cooking until the water and bean juice cook off, keep stirring every few minutes to make sure the bottom doesn't get burnt. The rest is easy, mix together the taco seasoning and ranch seasoning and sour cream. Start layering the rest of the ingredients beans, sour cream, salsa, tomato's however you like them, lettuce, and chopped scallions. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with chips or whatever you would like!
