Ingredients

    Ground beef
    Bell peppers
    Frozen peas
    Red onion
    Tinkyada gluten free pasta shells
    Spices to your liking (salt, pepper, garlic powder, dehydrated onion)
    Shredded cheese

Tips

Less cheese will make it lower fat but then there is little to bind the final ingredients together.


Directions

Start pasta cooking as directed on package. Brown the ground beef with spices. Add chopped peppers and onions once the beef has started to brown. Cover to continue cooking. Once the pasta has about 5 minutes remaining, add peas to beef mixture. Drain pasta, mix with beef in a large bowl, add cheese and stir well.
