Ingredients

    4 Hard Boiled Eggs
    1/4 cup red onion
    1/4 cup celery
    1 tbs relish
    2 tbs low fat cottage cheese
    2 tbs plain greek yogurt

Directions

Hard boil eggs, peel and mix with everything else. I will be serving this with a Lettuce wrap to keep the calories low.
