Fried Swai Fish Fillets
Take 1 cup of flour
1 tsps of salt
1 tsps of pepper
1 tsps of dried Chives
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of Cayenne pepper
I use a skillet with ridges. Fish doesn't lay as much in in the oil.
I do not resalt my fillets after cooking, since I seasoned in the flour.
You could serve with a squeeze of lemon, tarter sauce
This recipe was shared by the chef at our local grocery stores meat department.
Heat oil up on medium heat.
Take you Swai fillet & dredge in to flour mixture on both sides & knock off excess flour.
When oil is hot enough, carefully lat the fillets in to skillet.
Cook for about 5 minutes per side
Remove & place on paper towel, you may season with salt & pepper
Serving Size: This makes 4 nice size fillets
