Introduction

I love pancakes, however I was getting tired of the same box mix powder... so this is a new way... healthy one :) you can make banana or with canned pumpkin. I love pancakes, however I was getting tired of the same box mix powder... so this is a new way... healthy one :) you can make banana or with canned pumpkin.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Oats, 2 cups (1 blended + 1 old fashioned oatmeal)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Egg whites, 5
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp
    Banana, 1 cup, mashed
    Olive Oil, 2 tsp

Tips

add some raisins or try to make them with 1/2 cup of mashed pumpkin.


Directions

mix all dry ingredients separated from the liquid, then mix them all together.
Heat a medium size pan and place 4 spoons of the mix, cook each side 1 to 2 minutes or until brown.
serve with maple non-sugar syrup!
