Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 clove of garlic, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can (16 oz) hominy
    1 can (16 oz) pinto beans
    1 can (16 oz) red kidney beans
    1 can Rotel tomatoes, chopped
    2 cans (16 oz each) tomatoes, blended
    1 small pkg 1 oz taco seasoning mix
    1 small pkg 1 oz dry ranch dressing mix

Directions

Brown 2 lbs of ground beef, lean. Add 1 clove of garlic, chopped and 1 onion chopped. Drain. In a large crock pot or pan, add the following ingredients including the liquid from the can. Cook as long as possible, the longer the better. Serve in bowl with corn or tortilla chips, top with sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese or other taco toppings as desired.
