Ingredients

    Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Tofu, firm, .75 block
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, .25 cup, halves and whole
    Bob's Red Mill TVP, 0.25 cup
    Oats, 1.25 cup
    Soy sauce (tamari), 3 tbsp
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Sage, ground, .5 tsp
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, .5 tsp

Directions

Hydrate TVP with 1c. water or broth
Sweat celery, onion, and garlic
Add to all other ingredients
Mush together and put into sprayed loaf pan
Top with extra Ketchup if wanted
Bake @ 375 degrees F for 60 min.

Serving Size: Makes 1 loaf pan; 8 servings
