    GROUND PORK, 16 oz
    Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp
    Onion powder, 1/2 tsp
    Ground Mustard Powder, 1/2 tsp
    Fennel seed, 1/2 tsp
    Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp
    Dried Parsley, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Sage, dried, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Black Pepper (Ground), 1 tsp
    Marjoram, dried, 1/4 tsp


Thoroughly mix all spices together, them sprinkle over meat and work through complete with your hands.

You can form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties, or I like to press it into a square baking dish and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. When done, cool is slightly and put it out on a cutting board and cut into 8 pieces. Either way tastes the same!

  • I didn't have marjoram so I left it out, sausage was delicious. I made this as patties and fried in a skillet to serve with pancakes and fried eggs. This is the family's favorite "Breakfast for Dinner" meal. - 7/22/14

  • I used 95% lean ground pork so it was a bit drier than desired but with the addition of more red pepper it came out great! - 5/29/12
