Ingredients

    4 cups of spring mix salad (or your favorite mix)
    1/4 cup mandarin oranges in light syrup
    1/4 cup pecan (walnuts etc)
    1/4 cup dried craisin (raisins, grapes,...)
    8 tbsp Ken's lite Rasberry Walnute Vinaigrette

Directions

Mix the salad dressing nuts, fruit and fruit juice and refrigerate until time to serve,then pour over your salad, toss and enjoy.
