Ingredients

    2 Can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    6 Cups Low Fat Sour Cream
    4 Tbsp. Melted Margarine
    8 Tbsp. Diced SAUTEED Onion
    2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
    2 5lb. Bags of Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
    4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    2 Cups Cornflake Crumbs

Tips

If casserole browns to quickly on top try baking without topping for the first 30 minutes then add topping and bake addition 15 minutes.


Directions

In a large bowl mix together soup, sour cream, melted margarine, sauteed onion, and pepper. Stir in hash browns and half the shredded cheese.

Divide mixture into two greased long shallow hotel pans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with Cornflake Crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven until casseroles reach a minimum internal temperture of 165.
