Ingredients

about a pound or 2 of skinned chicken filet.
Ragu tomato sauce about 2 cups
2 large eggs
1 oz of fresh mozzarella cheese
Bread crumbs grated and seasoned about 3 cups
Angel Hair pasta about 5 oz any kind you want
1 cup of Olive OIl
Directions
First wash your chicken. crack both large eggs in a bowl big enough to soak the chicken in it. After soaking the chicken get your 3 cups of seasoned bread crumbs and coat the chicken entirely in the crumbs. Do that to all the chicken breast fillets. get a large pan and pour the cup of oil in and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Place breast fillets in pan and let them cook till golden brown or a bit darker if wanted. about 15 minutes before you're almost done with chicken heat up the sauce and cook the noodles. Cook noodles until soft do not over cook. Heat ragu sauce in big pan until it starts bubbling make sure to stir it a bit as to not burn it. When ragu sauce starts bubbling bring heat down to a simmer and and place fried breaded chicken in sauce to get some of the flavor in it. Place mozzarella cheese on top of chicken while it sits in sauce and let it melt over it. Make sure its not runny but a nice and thick melt over chicken and sauce. While cheese is melting assuming the noodles are done strain them and put them in plates ready to put the chicken and sauce over the noodles. Place chicken, sauce and cheese over the noodles on the plate and enjoy!
