Ingredients

    6 tomatoes
1 lb ground turkey (or other meat)
    1 fresh large egg
1 Tbsp tamari (Or other flavorful sauce, like soy sauce or teriyaki sauce.)

    Extra:
    1/8th tsp salt

Tips

These cook just fine without the tomato tops, but the tops make a very nice decoration.

Directions

First, cut out the top of the tomato, then pull it out along with all the insides. Save the top, but toss the insides in the trash. Rinse out the tomatoes, drain all water from them, salt and leave upside down to the side.

Next, mix up the turkey, egg and tamari.

Last, turn the tomatoes right side up and put them in the pan. Fill them to the top with the meat mixture. Cover with the top of the tomato and cook for 40 minutes.
