    One Can Rosarita No Fat Zesty Salsa Refried Beans
    One Can Rosarita No Fat Traditional Refried Beans
    2 Cans Del Monte Fiesta Corn
    1 Can Rotel Mild
    1 Can Hunts Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
    4 cups water
    4 cubes chicken bouillon "tone's"
    1 cup cilantro

Tips

Put in individual cup tupperware and freeze for later use.


Directions

Put all ingredients in larg pot and bring to a boil - simmer for 30 minutes.
