Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cups shredded Iceberg Lettuce
    1 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts
    1x300g tin Edgell Four Bean Mix
    2x95g tins flavoured salmon or tuna (any flavour is great)
    1 cup chopped zucchini
    1 cup chopped red capsicum
    10 snow peas, ends chopped off

Tips

This recipe can serve between 2-6 people depending on how much you want and whether it is served as a side dish without the lettuce/alfalfa or as a lunch salad.


Directions

Cook zucchini, capsicum and snowpeas in a pan on medium until soft and slightly brown.
Add beans and salmon/tuna and cook until warm.
Place over alfalfa and lettuce and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 4 side salads or 2-3 mains
