Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    one bag of beans (small bag)
    one pound lean ground beef
    one bag of frozen veggies (corn, carrot, green bean, pea mix)
    half sweet onion
    one cup chopped sweet peppers
    one cup bbq sauce
    one can diced tomatoes
    assorted spice to taste

Tips

if you put ingredients before you go to bed, crock pot on low, stir in the morning. have for lunch. After initial cooking, let it cool and skim fat off the top. Better on day 2. =)


Directions

Soak beans in water for 12-20 hours to reduce later gastronomical distress
Toss all ingredients into crock pot or large soup pot. Add water to about half inch short of top.
Spice to taste... recommend garlic, oregano, pepper
chili powder or tobasco for more chili flavor or Worcestershire and steak seasoning for more meaty flavor
