Ingredients

    1 cup of mashed banana
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    6 packets of splenda (1/4 cup)
    1/4 cup of low or nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease muffin cups or insert paper muffin liners
3. Mix together flour, baking powder, and baking soda
4. In a seperate bowl, beat together banana, splenda, egg, and vanilla
5. Stir in yogurt to the seperate bowl
6. Combine both bowls and add chocolate chips
7. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups
8. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a muffin inserted toothpick comes out clean
9. Let cool or eat warm before serving
