Ingredients

    2 cups Catelli Smart Pasta
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp Flour
    1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
    2 cups 1% milk
    2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
    2 cans Clover Leaf Flaked Light Tuna packed in Water

Tips

Experiment by adding a handful of your favourite frozen vegetables to this recipe. I like peas and/or corn but my granddaughter doesn't like any vegetables added so I left vegetables out of the recipe.


Directions

Cook Pasta, Al-dante
In large skillet brown onion in oil.
Mix in flour.
Add Milk. Stirring, heat until thickened
Add Soup & Tuna. Mix together
Add Pasta.
Put into 1 large or 2-2 qt casserole dish(es)
Bake for 30-40 minutes (until golden-brown on top).
