Ingredients

    1 lb pork loin, cooked
    1 tsp light wine or sherry
    cooking spray
    1/2 large onion, slice 1/4" x 2"
    6 cups cabbage, 2 x 2 pieces
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
    1/4 cup Black Beans minced
    1 tsp dried crushed Anaheim peppers
    2 Tblsps soy sauce
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Trim fat & slice pork into 1/2" x 2" peices & put aside. Spray wok with cooking spray. Add salt then cabbage. Stir constantly until cabbage is half translucent, about 1 minute. Remove and set aside.
Spray wok. Add onions, wine/sherry, garlic & minced black beans. Simmer & stir about a minute. Add sliced pork, hot peppers, soy sauce & water. Stir until pork is heated. Add cooked cabbage, stir until all is coated & serve.
