Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour
    RapidRise Yeast
    Salt
    Water
    Soy Milk
    Sugar
    Butter

Tips

Make sure when the dough is rising that it is in a warm, draft free environment.


Directions

Combine 2 cups of whole wheat flour, undissolved yeast and salt in a large bowl. Heat water, milk, sugar and butter until very warm. Add to the flour mixture.

Mix with an electric mixer at a medium speed for 2 minutes. Slower add the remaining flour and rosemary until the batter is stiff.

Hand knead the batter until the dough is where if you stick your finger in, the dough pops back out quickly. Place in a bowl or bread pan covered by a warm, damp cloths until the dough doubles in size. (about 1 hour)

Bake at 375 for 45mins.
