Ingredients

    whole wheat flour 3 cups
    oatmeal large flake natural 1 cup
    kellogg's bran buds cereal 1 cup
    brown sugar 1 cup
    baking powder 2.5 teaspoons
    baking soda 1.5 teaspoons
    eggs fresh large 3
    milk not fat skim 1.5 cups
    lemon juice 1 lemon yield plus grated lemon rind
    blueberries 1 cup fresh or frozen
    cranberries 1 cup whole fresh or frozen
    apples 1 medium cut up
    pumpkin 2 cups fresh or frozen no salt added
    canola oil 1/3 cup
    walnuts 1 cup chopped
    flax seed ground 8 tablespoons or 1/2 cup
    cinnamon ground 1.5 teaspoons
    nutmeg ground 1.5 teasoons
    cloves ground 1/2 teaspoon
    vanilla extract 1 tablespoon


Directions

mix all wet ingredients together then add to the bowel of dry ingredients. Placing muffin batter into silicone muffin liners makes the job even easier.
