Introduction

This was originally a WW zero cal soup but I adapted it to a quick cook method and changed some of the ingredients. This was originally a WW zero cal soup but I adapted it to a quick cook method and changed some of the ingredients.

Ingredients

    10 oz bag carrots (matchstick cut)
    16 oz bag coleslaw cabbage mix
    16 oz bag broccoli/cauliflower mix
    6 oz bag fresh baby spinach
    1- 14.5 oz can Italian Diced Tomatoes
    1- bottle Mrs. Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Blend (Garlic and Herb)
    3-32 fl. oz. Chicken Broth

Directions

This recipe makes 14 - 1cup servings. It is quick and easy. Most of the ingredients are chopped, you will need to chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Add chicken broth, seasoning and all vegetables and cook until tender (about 30 min.). Add addition seasoning at this time if desired. I freeze the servings in individual ziplock bags.
