Ingredients

    12 oz celeriac, peeled and grated coarsely, about 2 cups
    30 g mayo
    26 g nonfat yogurt
    5 g dijon mustard
    5 g lemon juice

Directions

Mix dressing ingredients before grating celeriac, then mix all together.
