Introduction

A fun dip to take to parties. Serve with baked chips, cut up veggies, or a spoon! A fun dip to take to parties. Serve with baked chips, cut up veggies, or a spoon!

Ingredients

    One 8 oz package low-fat cream cheese
    8 oz light sour cream
    1 jar salsa
    2 TBSP Chef Megs taco seasoning
    15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1.5 cups shredded lettuce
    1 cup shredded taco cheese
    2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced

Tips

You can also add sliced black or green olives on top if you want, not included in nutrition info. You could also divide this into more, smaller servings.


Directions

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning. Stir with a fork until combined. Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass dish.
Spread the black beans over the mixture. Top with lettuce, cheese, and diced tomatoes.
