Introduction

We love smoked white fish salad, so thought maybe smoked butterfish would be just as good, and it is! We love smoked white fish salad, so thought maybe smoked butterfish would be just as good, and it is!

Ingredients

    Smoked butterfish

    Organic Olive Oil Mayonnaise, 1.5 cup( I make my own mayo with a reduced amount of oil.)

    Onions, raw, 140 grams or 5 ounces

Tips

I used smoked butterfish, adjust onions and mayo for a bigger or smaller portion of fish.


Directions

Buy smoked butterfish. Remove all bones and skin. Put cut up deboned, and skinned trout into a food processor with cut up onion and mayonnaise. Process until smooth.
Serve on rye bread with sliced onions and sliced tomatoes. Yum Yum!
