Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pack (250g) - Duso's WG Goat Cheese Ravioli
    3 cups - Diced vine-tomatoes
    3 cups - assorted bell peppers (I prefer Yellow & Orange for the sweetness)
    3 cups - cucumber
    2 tbsp - olive oil
    3 tbsp - Costco Greek seasoning
    88g - Sundried tomato feta (the nutritionals are based off the no-name bulk you get at the Save-on Foods deli)
    .5 cup - sliced black olives

Tips

If you aren't totally focused on the carbs the Duso's Garlic Goat Cheese is really good, it is not wholegrain but the garlic adds a little bit of spice compared to the WG Goat.


Directions

- Precook your pasta and strain.
- Dice up veggies,
- Mix with olive oil, olives and seasonings.
- Add cooled pasta.

Serving Size: makes approx. 15 cups of salad
